Work > mortality sketches: skulls

The mortality sketches come from a part of me that struggles with aging, and having to say goodbye to loved ones as well as grappling with my own ephemeral reality. The skulls are life-sized paper forms that are stapled, sewn, and altered with household materials/objects and mirrors, staged in small installations whose scale and arrangement invite intimate viewing.
